Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

Adler Veterinary Hospital wants every pet owner to be able to use our website with ease. We are committed to making our site accessible to people of all abilities, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers.

Our Goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we will keep working to improve our site over time.

Steps We Are Taking

We add descriptive alternative text to meaningful images so their purpose can be understood by people using screen readers.

We use readable fonts, clear headings, and simple layouts so pages are easy to follow.

We choose colors with strong contrast between text and backgrounds to support readability.

We work to make sure the site can be navigated using a keyboard alone, without needing a mouse.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible. This can include content or features provided by third parties, such as embedded tools, maps, or booking widgets, which we may not fully control. Older documents or images may also lack complete descriptions. We are reviewing these areas and will make improvements where we can.

How to Request Help

If you have trouble using any part of this website, or if you need information in a different format, please reach out through the contact options on this website or ask our team. Let us know which page or feature caused the difficulty and how we can help. We will do our best to provide the information you need in a way that works for you, and your feedback helps us make the site better for everyone.
